A Bit About Me
I am a medical doctor for 20 years now and a craniosacral therapist for the past 10 years. I continue to train in family systems and family constellation therapy. Mindfulness and meditation have been an important part of my life for years.


Why Is An Holistic Approach Helpful?
An holistic approach is helpful because illness is complex.

Disease an illness are different. Disease describes malfunction at the level of the cells and organs which causes symptoms. Illness however , describes how we experience the the disease and how much we suffer.

While it is not always possible to cure disease with medicine, it is absolutely possible to reduce the physical, emotional and spiritual suffering of illness using therapies like craniosacral therapy, mindfulness, kindness, support and listening.


How Can I Provide This?
Medicine focuses on the disease itself and treats the cause or the symptoms with medicinal drugs. By the time you seek my help, you may have been through all this already but if not, I wear my doctors hat first!

Craniosacral therapy works with the relationship between our mind, past traumas and our bodies. Negative thoughts and traumatic experiences cause tightening of tissues and eventually disturb how that tissue functions. Craniosacral therapy assists our natural healing processes by helping the person release mental and structural obstacles to optimal functioning. When acting as the unit, the body can heal most if it's own problems.

Mindfulness and meditation are not concerned with the symptoms. They are part of the solution. They help free us from the repetitive, destructive thinking patterns which keep us ill.
